I've always wondered why Blay'n and Clewn't recognised her-- and why they claimed that that "wasn't a good thing." It can't be because she was "naughty," because only Buford registered as naughty. I like to think it's because she used to spam them with letters about which kids were naughty when she was younger.

Phineas's File

So, as I was busy updating the bracket for our songs tournament, something occurred to me about the Christmas Vacation episode. Specifically, the following exchange:

Blay'n: It's too late now. Santa's not coming to Danville.

Phineas: Well, that doesn't seem fair.

Clewn't: What are you gonna do about it?

Phineas: Me?

Blay'n: Him?

Clewn't: Yeah, him. You saw his file.

Now, when I first heard this, I thought "Oh, Santa knows that Phineas and Ferb can do anything, so they must have read about all their amazing projects." But now I realized what he actually was talking about: Phineas's file contains his letter to Santa, which says he wanted a chance to be like him. Clewn't had figured out Santa's plan to fulfill his wish by having Phineas deliver presents to Danville.
