The coordination framework in Iraq announced, on Tuesday, the end of the sit-in near the suspension bridge in central Baghdad, while Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhemi ordered the bridge to be opened to traffic. The organizing committee for the coordination framework protests, in a statement, asked the demonstrators to "return to their homes." The committee's statement said: "We salute your patience and steadfastness in the sit-in in defense of the state and legitimacy over the past weeks, despite all threats." Added: "This brave patriotic stance is added to the record of your bright stances, so return to your homes safely and securely."
