The Ponds hosts concerts at its amphitheater overlooking the lake and boasts impressive amenities such as a saltwater pool, 4,000 foot Farmhouse with hobby and game rooms, muscadine field, and fishing lakes. Carillon residents can access the amenities at The Ponds that are open to all residents, so know that these amenities will be shared with non-retirees. Some buyers enjoy this appeal since it gives them the retirement feel with Carillon neighbors but doesn’t separate them completely from residents aged 55+. The New York-based private equity firm sold Towneplace Suites by Marriott at 1545 Three Villages Road for $131,702 per key, records show. Coral Gables-based Kenne RE, led by Gustavo Blanco, purchased the property. [TRD]

 Sapir Corp.’s stock drops in Tel Aviv. The NoMo SoHo hotel owned by the Sapir Corp. saw its net operating income fall in the third quarter, dragging down the company’s overall performance.  The demolition of an unfinished Boynton Beach development begins after long wait. Demolition has begun at Estates of Boynton Waters where the first of five homes with no roofs were torn down on Monday, according to the Palm Beach Post. Course Enhancements, New Pickleball Center Demonstrate Commitment of Thriving Golf Community   PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (Feb. 4, 2019) – PGA Golf Club – the PGA of America’s premier 54-hole facility – and KOLTER HOMES, a leader in developing next-generation, highly-amenitized, master-planned active adult communities in the southeastern U.S., announce enhancements for 2019 that demonstrate a commitment to the Port St. Lucie golf club and community.

Known as the “Ultimate Golf Destination,” PGA Golf Club renovated its three decorated courses – designed by Tom Fazio and Pete Dye – over the past two years. Those enhancements included renovated bunkers on its famed Wanamaker Course and a new drainage system to parts of the layout. On the Dye Course, popular cart wear spots were updated, making traffic control throughout the golf course more efficient. The Ryder Course reopened in 2017 to rave reviews following a renovation project that enhanced the greens and surrounding areas.

Also ongoing at PGA Golf Club are a limited number of Premier Seasonal Membership products, which offer benefits such as unlimited golf, Member exclusive dining with food and beverage discounts, private cart Member access discounts for all Member-owned registered carts, and accompanied, unaccompanied and immediate family guest rates. All Memberships include a spouse or significant other, and any children 25 years of age or younger living at home, in school or in the military.

In 2021, PGA Golf Club will host the PGA Professional Championship on the Wanamaker and Ryder Courses. Course Enhancements, New Pickleball Center Demonstrate Commitment of Thriving Golf Community   PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (Feb. 4, 2019) – PGA Golf Club – the PGA of America’s premier 54-hole facility – and KOLTER HOMES, a leader in developing next-generation, highly-amenitized, master-planned active adult communities in the southeastern U.S., announce enhancements for 2019 that demonstrate a commitment to the Port St. Lucie golf club and community.

Known as the “Ultimate Golf Destination,” PGA Golf Club renovated its three decorated courses – designed by Tom Fazio and Pete Dye – over the past two years. Those enhancements included renovated bunkers on its famed Wanamaker Course and a new drainage system to parts of the layout. On the Dye Course, popular cart wear spots were updated, making traffic control throughout the golf course more efficient. The Ryder Course reopened in 2017 to rave reviews following a renovation project that enhanced the greens and surrounding areas.

Also ongoing at PGA Golf Club are a limited number of Premier Seasonal Membership products, which offer benefits such as unlimited golf, Member exclusive dining with food and beverage discounts, private cart Member access discounts for all Member-owned registered carts, and accompanied, unaccompanied and immediate family guest rates. All Memberships include a spouse or significant other, and any children 25 years of age or younger living at home, in school or in the military.

In 2021, PGA Golf Club will host the PGA Professional Championship on the Wanamaker and Ryder Courses.
