WAIT NEW ID PHOTOS... it was probably because to fix the don height thing and also to have a way to replace the old art bc of stuff with the artist* but I wanna go into them :D *I don't know enough to speak on the incident as I wasn't playing Limbus when it happened, but from what I know I disagree with the way she was treated. Please do not make this post about those events, this is just my analysis of the art. (my personal in-universe headcanon is that they've updated these since they feel they're able to disclose more information to dante)

yi sang is wearing his league outfit from canto iv! i assume the original art was done before that outfit was finalized but this makes more sense.

faust's is the same, but we're not learning anything more about her anyway.

don's now shows her in sancho's clothes! the reason i think in-universe they replaced these to accommodate for dante's knowledge is largely because of yi sang's and ESPECIALLY hers, as she seems to be wearing a standard fixer outfit and is smiling in the second photo- presumably to hide her identity.

ryōshū's is also mostly unchanged aside from the fact that she has her sword with her now. not much to gain from there, but she's in the same boat as faust in regards to being kind of a mystery.

it's unclear if mersault is still wearing an n corp. uniform now, but the outfit looks the same so i'd assume he is. he looks almost... sad? in this one though, so that's something to think about

hong lu is wearing what i'd assume is more along the lines of his family's traditional dress instead of what i'd assume is an lcb sweatshirt like what they made the sinners wear for check-ups. he seems a bit more smug here, though that might just be style differences. (also, this outfit is somewhat similar to the one he was wearing in an extra piece of promo art albeit with some blue instead of being all white! i just think that's neat.)

heathcliff's is the same, nothing to say about it.

same with ishmael's. i'd guess that these are unchanged because the two of them have pretty clear civilian origins- he's from a backstreets syndicate and she's a sailor

rodya's dress is colored in a kind of confusing way where i can't tell if it's just red or a black dress with blood on it... leaning towards the former though. her hair's a little messier now which i like! clearly she's just Done Some Shit

sinclair looks about the same, though he's a lot more sad than serious which makes sense. again i assume the old photos were taken second and his ties to kromer were meant to be somewhat confidential so the new one having him more shaken up seems logical.

outis looks the same like the other two mysterious limbus ladies. i still like that she's wearing her military uniform though... when are we getting that trojan horse lore i wanna see the Big Horse

greg is wearing the hoodie he had on as a civilian in canto i!!! very happy to see that acknowledged, i'd guess his outfit from the first photo is just his lcb uniform without the vest. i love you gregor samsa lore...
