Three years, but I suspect I was an early part of the wave: short staffing, inconsistent hours, low pay, disproportionately high expectations. I was required to be available even when off the clock. Always waiting for a call kept me in a constant state of anxiety. And to top it off, the company was about to install cameras to monitor employees.

A lot of people are trying to pin a single reason on why people are quitting their jobs and that dont sit right with me.
