I am trying to decide what I want to draw today so I think I'm gonna make the Mane 6 in the sims and see where it goes from there

#simon says #mlp #mlp g4 #sims #to be specific it's gonna be the sims 2 #bc i dont use the sims 4 for stuff like this 4 is for my multigen family #and also i havent played it in so long that im terrified about the amount of mods i would have to update #and 3 is ugly. like. i love the sims 3. it is a good game and i have a lot of fun playing it #but the idea of handling 6 human ponies in an open world sounds like a nightmare #and as mentioned. the sims in sims 3 are ugly. sorry. good game though #so 2 allows me to contain them and the chaos to one lot #also yeah im probably gonna draw anything wacky that happens

Modern Unicorn (left) next to extinct megafauna ancestor (right).. Based partially off of the extinct Kyptoceras + cave painting horses*

#hoof draws #* realistically horses actually became bigger over the course of their evolution so cave ponies would be smaller #but i wanted the pony ancestor to be mega fuckers #idk. the concept of mlp horses being descended from a megafauna caveman species is fun #++also since unicorns are usually depicted with cloven hooves it would make sense for them to be descended from a bovine/cervine species #of which kyptoceras are neither I think? iirc the entire family is extinct

Thea Sullivan from @bixels and @tulliok’s Grand Galloping 20’s au! Once again, I am obsessed, so I had to include <3

In a similar vein to Thea- this is Penumbra, a character based on my Twilight from an old mlp rewrite/au that spiraled into kind of being its own thing.

These two are my personal favorites from the lineup. They really popped off with pirate Twi’s design and edgy Twilight has won my heart

I like these as well. Retro Twilight was a bit of painting practice and the sombra eye look is just iconic
