i hate that i can't talk about mental health things to my mental health professional out of fear confidentiality will be broken and/or i will be punished in some way for having symptoms of mental illness and/or be hospitalised.

#yes i am suicidal yes i have an active plan NO I'M NOT GOING TO KILL MYSELF OKAY. 😭#this goes for sh too #what if i dont want to recover from that rn #like yeah i know it's Bad For Me but also i'm kinda using it to manage myself 😭 like IT COULD BE WORSE.#yes i check every box for like a dozen diagnoses other than tourettes and autism and adhd NO I DON'T WANT TO BE DIAGNOSED W THEM #dude if rex verbalised some of his thoughts we'd. we yeah grippy sock jail for us #"we think you might be an endangerment to yourself or others'' LITERALLY NO???#it's almost happened enough times we have learned how to keep our mouth shut 👍
