standing in the doorway for a moment, takemichi smiles. he leans against the frame and shoves his hands in his pockets. there's so many parts of him that want to slip beneath the covers with hanma. but, there are other parts of him that wants to wake him, too. after all, he still hadn't gotten his birthday present.

but, michi was also tired. the longer he waits, actually, the more takemichi feels the adrenaline wearing off and fatigue creeping in. if he woke to a knife to his throat in the morning, well--- it would be more than well worth it. kicking off his sneakers, and shedding his hoodie, shirt, and jeans by the foot of hanma's bed, takemichi gently lifts the covers and slips in beneath them.

laying behind hanma, takemichi smiles softly. several langid and tender kisses are placed to the back of hanma's neck, and slowly an arm encircles his waist. with a contented sigh, takemichi presses his small frame to the back of hanma's own, finally shutting his eyes, allowing sleep to take him. Some of Hanma's places to crash are easier to find than others. Some are practically common knowledge within the delinquent world that know him, or those people he chooses to bring to more private places. Getting in however is very rarely a problem with the carelessness to which Hanma offers the idea of personal safety. ( Which, quite frankly, no one should be surprised by if they ever came to discover the facts of. ) He either sleeps light or sleeps like the dead that the reaper oversees. Tonight is evidently the latter because he doesn't move. It's a rare, strange sight to see his expression calm and relaxed. He doesn't budge, not until the morning.

Which brings and interesting way of starting the day because Hanma was pretty damn sure he hadn't brought anyone home last night. ( He never got that drunk to not recall. Or rather, he had once and never again. ) He's also staring at shoes and clothes that are evidence that the warmth is not something of an early morning delusions and imagination. But he's alive so evidently it hadn't been someone wanting him dead. Granted, it isn't the first time someone's come to pay him a visit and curl into bed with him. He can name a couple others in the past who have as well.

He sits up, his hair fluffy and relaxed while sharp eyes shift to see who it was. He's half surprised - and half not. It is amusing though to see the so-called hero in the bed of the reaper. Hanma tilts his head like a cat debating what it wants to do with a mouse in reach of his claws. Normally he'd crash back to sleep at this hour since there would be little reason so be awake but this? This is too good to potentially miss. So being a menace it is.

Hanma looms over Takemichi, eyes gleaming under the morning shadows before he nudges the other awake. " You're a freak. If you wanted in my bed that bad, you could have asked ~ " Hanma teases, full of too much energy and sing-song melody for first waking up. Not like he can talk either, at least on subject of being a freak. Though THAT was something he upheld with pride to the dismay of many others. He is, however, clearly taking it in stride rather than murdering him. " Could have made it more fun. " He adds, making exactly zero effort to hide the way he decides to look over Takemichi before lifting his gaze back up to his face. " So ~ ? To what do I owe this unexpected surprise visit? "
