#even getting the simplest items is needlessly hard and I don't understand why

Pants rant XD

This is totally random, but I think I really need to consider looking at men's pants. I desperately need new ones (I have exactly 2 pairs rn, from which one is literally falling apart so needs to be replaced asap and the other one is only wearable if i can hide the waistband under a sweater because it's too tight for me to close XD - so I still need something for the upcoming warmer weather) and luckily I still have a voucher for local shops (otherwise it would be literally impossible rn). I managed to find a pair for about 20€ which is better than wearing nothing so I decided to buy it despite, but 1. it doesn't fit too well which looks and feels awful and 2. the material is collecting dust and pet hair like there's no tomorrow which drives me CRAZY. I used to only wear jeans, but these are cargo pants because I couldn't find ANY straight low waist jeans, even if they claimed to be straight lol. And for some reason there aren't any low waist jeans in general anymore, but I can't wear high waist because it squishes my organs which gives me stomach aches. 🙄

Somehow all the available pants we have in the shops here are too wide on the thighs/ butt for me, which stumped me for a while. Why are today's "straight" pants still tight fitting on the whole leg, please? Finding affordable normal straight pants wasn't THAT hard when I was (much) younger??

Unfortunately buying online isn't an option since the voucher doesn't work online, so maybe I actually need to check out men's wear, since my legs aren't too "women" proportioned apparently. Or more likely, boys' since I'm too small for actual men's clothing 🥲😅🙈
