¡Hola, Fede! Te quería consultar por lo que algunos llaman 'La noche oscura' detallándola como una fase dentro de la meditación donde se experimenta sensaciones de angustia muy desagradables: ¿Esto pasa solo en la meditación Vipassana o en Shamata también puede ocurrir? ¿Es un efecto secundario o es un estado que se busca premeditadamente como parte del Despertar y de la evolución dentro de la meditación? ¿Alguna vez te ocurrió? Ah, el tema es que “La Noche Oscura” es un término de San Juan Inés de la Cruz. No es algo Budista, me temo. Y tampoco es tan malo, si seguimos el poema en sí.

1. En una noche oscura,con ansias, en amores inflamada,¡oh dichosa ventura!,salí sin ser notadaestando ya mi casa sosegada.

2. A oscuras y segura,por la secreta escala, disfrazada,¡oh dichosa ventura!,a oscuras y en celada,estando ya mi casa sosegada.

3. En la noche dichosa,en secreto, que nadie me veía,ni yo miraba cosa,sin otra luz y guíasino la que en el corazón ardía.

4. Aquésta me guiabamás cierto que la luz de mediodía,adonde me esperabaquien yo bien me sabía,en parte donde nadie parecía.

5. ¡Oh noche que guiaste!¡oh noche amable más que el alborada!¡oh noche que juntasteAmado con amada,amada en el Amado transformada!

6. En mi pecho florido,que entero para él solo se guardaba,allí quedó dormido,y yo le regalaba,y el ventalle de cedros aire daba.

7. El aire de la almena,cuando yo sus cabellos esparcía,con su mano serenaen mi cuello heríay todos mis sentidos suspendía.

8. Quedéme y olvidéme,el rostro recliné sobre el Amado,cesó todo y dejéme,dejando mi cuidadoentre las azucenas olvidado.

Mi consejo es no mezclar los marcos conceptuales, porque termina en confusión. Mejor preguntarle al guía de la tradición que uno siga.
