mixed feelings about the robot sex textbook because so far it doesn't seem to be saying much about robots that aren't near-indistinguishable from humans in appearance, but on the other hand it's proving to be extremely quotable, so there's that

#for the curious: the book is 'robot sex: social and ethical implications' edited by danaher & mcarthur #anyway yeah I'm still reading this thing #honestly fair enough that I'm slow here bc this is an academic textbook from a field I know fuckall about lol #very slowly making my way through it bc my day job drains my brain a lot lol #but I am determined to finish reading it and take notes #though it seems to be about a different sort of robofuckery than what I see around here #ah well I'll see how it goes #inverse problem.txt
