パエリア paella
1 cup hot water
0.1g (40 - 50) - 0.15 g saffron
1 tbsp (7g) dried srhimp
150 ml Olive Oil
6 cloves garlic, lightly crushed
1 - 2 bell peppers
300 g fish
1/2 lb shrimp
1/4 cup White Rum ... 75 ml wine?
2 - 3 small tomatoes
1/2 cup peas
1 tbsp ? parsley
1 tbsp ? Oregano
1 tbsp ? powdered Tyme
1 tbsp ?Rosemary
1 tsp paprika powder
4 1/3 cup (1120 ml) hot soup
white pepper
1 bay leaf
2 1/4 cup or 3 x 180 cc calrose rice
Soak saffron in hot water
Simmer garlic in olive oil, remove garlic
Fry bell peppers until very brown
Add herbs. Cook seafood and chicken, remove and set aside.
Fry tomatoes, taking care not to over cook.
Add bell peppers and fish. Add rum.
Add onion powder and white pepper.
Add hot soup and bring to boil
Add rice.
