And it didn’t really matter what they talked about – Jan felt excited just hearing about Nace’s day and Nace was always enthusiastic no matter what Jan sent him. Jan would wake up looking forward to whatever text he’d get from Nace and he’d often fall asleep texting him. He had never experienced such an instant connection with someone, but it made him feel warm and fuzzy, in the best way possible.
