Thinking about the fact that there are people with the audacity to tell a retail cashier "I don't like your attitude :/"
#she tried to use a coupon on a self check out machine that glitched out; coupon didn't show up at the register#so i just reduced the price of something else she had to get the same effect#and she's like ''but where's the coupon'' so i explained it again and then she asked for a manager#and I'm like maam. i am telling you exactly what i did. and she's like well i dont like how you said it :/#her assumptions were completely wrong btw;; my coworker who finished the transaction was like ''yeah i think she was. confused?''#but like. you wanna tell a retail worker you dont like their attitude. miss in some places that's gonna make it worse actually#my manager mentioned i have overwhelmingly positive customer service reviews lmao#he was like ''wait did i tell you about the negative one you got'' and it was a woman calling me lazy bc#i requested she put her shopping basket and not leave it on the counter at the register. literally incredible#he said he'd pass on some of the more insane reviews and also that they have no real effect on me#what is in the air..#hoatm rants
