As far as hygiene goes, Jack certainly has a routine. He mentioned his regularly-scheduled bubble baths.

And he's equipped his bots with enhancements specifically for cleaning him up and fixing up his appearance while he's out and about.

They're probably equip with extra Axe Body Spray too, because man is Jack the type of guy to practically drown in it because he thinks it helps coverup the smell of motor oil and also because he thinks it's cool.

You can smell him coming from a mile away, and he doesn't smell bad, but he smells distinct and overpowering.

Although I guess you could also go for the "nuanced" answer, because Jack is canonically the type who uses way too much cologne, but he mentions that he changes it up. Like how in Oil in the Family, Jack is trying out a new "Eau de Chicken". I think that might just be an Old Spice option in the series, though. Sounds like the kind of scent that brand would make.
