OMG do u have any historical romance manhwas to rec?? idc if it's isekai and preferably lesbian but i'm not picky... i've legit been obsessed with this for like a month but i haven't found anything and i've just jumped straight into writing my own
that's so cool that you're writing your own!! i love historical romance but i really struggle to find good lesbian ones, you know how it is :// my biggest recommendation is her shim cheong, it's beautiful and powerful and heart-wrenching and triumphant, everyone should read it, it's about a poor girl who befriends a wealthy noble girl who's trapped in a political marriage to a comatose husband
one i read recently that i also enjoyed was getting to know grace, it's definitely dark and touches on some heavy subjects (tw for attempted sexual assault) but it was so moving and well-crafted, it's about a noble girl with a chronic illness whose father controls her life and her maid's, and they want to escape from under his thumb
idk if you do manga and manhua as well but i loved sayonara rose garden, it's a short read but i was rooting for them so hard. it's about a noble woman trying not to fall in love with her maid. it also has an english license so i'm gonna get the physical copies for my bookshelf >:3c
and i'm waiting on the last scans for xian chan nu which has been a cute historical fantasy yuri romance about a cat yokai woman and the woman who looks just like her first love, although i'm hearing iffy things on the ending?? so i'll have to wait and see ://
and then there are a few on my to-read list that i haven't gotten to: chijeong/reign of desire, shuangjing/couple of mirrors, and siseonui kkeut/ghosts of greywoods, that looked interesting and could be good but i can't outright recommend without having read them
my favorite hetero historical romance manhwa are i'm only a stepmother but my daughter is just too cute, the villainess flips the script/it's time to change the genre, and doctor elise: the royal lady with the lamp
