okay!!! pay review came in at just a little under the 20% increase i was hoping for!!! but considering circumstances, still grateful!!!
#i wasn't sure they would do one for me this april because uhhh i've been gone p much one quarter of the year??????#but i should've known!!! bossman never pulls this sort of bs with me 🥺#i was also maybe lowkey expecting a hmm recession business slowing etc speech from him which is true#i can feel transactions slowing and uh litigation doesn't give the same kind of quick payoff that we need for the office to keep running#and this may be petty of me but i thought mr r might sabotage my raise because this is his first financial year as equity partner#and it will eat directly into his share of profits but that was petty of me he was on board with the raise said a lot of nice things about m#*me#i guess we really are bffs in some way#anyway!!!! guess who is (again) invigorated and Ready to lock in some billables!!!!!#work stories#sarah talks about herself
