#mytext#EXTREMELY ironic that the questions are like 'did you get the care you needed in a reasonable time frame?'#'were u seen within 15m of your appt?' and the presenter is stumbling to talk around how impossible it is to meet those goals#hey how about if you want better results you give better service?#'its about managing pt expectations' okay then why are you telling US and not...idk THE PROVIDERS' OFFICE????#i dont see u making the MDs/PAs/NPs/their front office staff watch this stupid 1 hr meeting when they're the ones who would benefit most 🙄#hate our fucking healthcare system so much. blasts it w my laser eyes
