ah the irony of it being near impossible to get a hold of the accessibility office
#I feel like I'm playing a fucking game of chess\#like I email the department I get given a calendar to book an appointment the soonest I can book is January!!#so i ask if I can book sooner and i'm told yeah sure when are you available#and then I get nothing! radio fucking silence#so i call up their office#who's times aren't listed online and they don't even have an extension so i have to go through the main office every single time#and after calling twice and not getting through because these people apparently do not have regular hours#i get told yeah sure we'll get through to the lady who was originally emailing you within the week just leave your name and number with us#so i do but then it's nothing for two weeks again!!#at this point it's been nearly two months since i first emailed them#and this morning I call up again and am told okay she's in a meeting rn but we will definitely get her to call you once she's done#we just need your name number and email#all things which i have given these people before!!!!#so who fucking knows how this will go#i'm just trying to find out what accommodations they offer so I can apply#they have a much wider selection of history courses than the other uni but if this is what contacting the acessibility office will involve#each time
