cannot believe that i was told “law school is going to be difficult” and now law school is being difficult and i’m sitting here looking like pikachusurpriseface.jpg
#caroline talks#it's not so much that the content is difficult#(i mean don't get me wrong. the readings can be long and tedious.)#but it's more like. the sheer AMOUNT of WORDS i am READING per CLASS per DAY#AND outlining for finals and now doing summer job search stuff#and i'm just like. bestie buddy.. . .#i need to outline for my civpro class and i'm just like. bro i think my professor lost me after we started talking about joinder#like the last concrete thing i remember is joinder and idk the entire month of october was just sort of. a blur.#like i can't tell u a single thing i learned in october except maybe /? ? ? ?? present and future interests in estates?? ? ? ?#but even THAT IS A CRAPSHOOT bc i just remember writing out these dumb shorthand thingies about who has the present interest#and then the rest#and i just remember that you can't end chain of title with contingent remainders and something something there's always a lurking reversion#back to the original owner#that's ALL I CAN TELL U ABOUT THAT <333#and ocntracts? CONTRACTS IS A WASH FOR ME TOO#i am essentially re-learning contracts bc BRUH WHAT DID I EVEN LEARN DURING OCTOBER--
