Okay I've been afraid to say it because I don't want a certain ARMY coming after me but

The latest Cookie Run Kingdom update is driving me insane

I am sure the members of that popular band are very nice and cool and stuff but I don't know the first damn thing about them and I don't enjoy their music (it's fine if you do! Just not my style!) and now in order to play the game that I play every day I have to interact with cookie-fied versions of them regularly

There's a big billboard looming over my precious Kingdom showing the band. There's purple and pink balloons floating across my screen at certain intervals getting in the way of my play

There's a whole new game mode with a rhythm game that I suck at because I don't know any of the songs but it's necessary to complete the event missions and I'm an obsessive completionist so I am driven to try to do them anyway

I am learning the band members' names and the words to their songs against my will. I am starting to form opinions on which songs are better than others.

I don't like this new update it is upsetting me
