Still on my usual nonsense

The GW2 wiki is actually hosted by ArenaNet, which is why there are no irritating ads or anything (the wiki itself is the ad, for GW2). So it’s kind of, hm, intriguing that the wiki itself notes that the Ascalonian Separatists are no more rebels against their people’s authority than the Charr Renegades, but mechanically, the game considers the Separatists “outlaws” but not the Renegades.

So a potion that increases your damage against outlaws will increase it against Separatists, and all kinds of bandits and pirates and so on, but not Renegades, for ... reasons.
