#ivypool#dovewing#warrior cats#warriors#oots#got a lot of feelings about these two#i like the parallel that at the start ivypaw is 'the rebellious one' and dovepaw is very connected to starclan and the code and prophecy#but then years later dovewing is the one who literally left her clan and ivypool's the one that was conservative about that#ivypool's experience losing her childhood to the dark forest driving her to be a serviceable and loyal thunderclan warrior above all#and dovewing losing her childhood to starclan in turn leading to disillusionment with those ideas and a desire to find happiness instead#or maybe thats just projection of how i think it would be cool their arcs played out?#idk it's been a while since i ever actually touched oots or avos i could be straw grasping. still tho...
