#if a solid half hour of searching doesn't turn up same/very very similarly colored fabrics

losing my mind a little bit because i went to a fabric store and poked around and i finally confirmed some thoughts about the fabric, such as that polyester blends would definitely be better than 100% cotton, but i can't just go buying it because i need a main fabric and a rib knit that MATCH each other

and even just realizing that was a little frustrating because it took a while to find stores that sold cotton polyester fabric ones that looked like they might be the right color, but okay, i just need a cotton blend fabric in the same shade as rib knit, i'll look for a store that sells both, not too bad right?

but I cannot for the life of me find a fabric store that sells rib knit fabric and cotton blend fabric in the same color. i found a few stores that have cotton blends in a shade that looks passable for her outfit, and i found some (more rare) stores that sell rib knit in a color that could pass as correct. but none sell em in the same color. and even though the colors i'm finding are passable, so far, they aren't close enough that i could just get one fabric from one store and the other fabric from another store. they're not close enough to each other.

so like, what next. keep searching and trying to find the fabric that looks the most similar and just hope that it doesn't look too incongruous? or buy the fabric in white and dye them with fabric dye and hope that that comes out the right color??
