hands raised, eyes closed, liv takes a deep breath. she can feel her heart pumping hard in her chest, but this is not something she should take out on chloe... not on her, more like at her. because she's the only one here to receive liv's anger.

but the only thing liv wants is to protect chloe. to somehow protect her from the past. she breathes out, opening her eyes slowly.

"maybe not, but you didn't deserve that, chloe." liv crosses the room to sit next to chloe, slowly wrapping her arms around her and resting her chin on chloe's shoulder. "if i could change what happened, i would. i'm sorry."
