I'm going to talk about serial killers, horrific crimes, and the true crime community for a minute. Because I think there is Very much a big issue with people glorifying the perpetrators and pretty much forgetting the victims. Especially gonna be so with the new Dahmer thing on Netflix.

#true crime #horror podcasts #i feel like this is a major split between people who are fans of the content and people who say they are part of the true crime community #it's one thing to be curious it's another to go on and on about how ''smart'' these people were #... i had a mini argument with my dad he's in the latter and i think it's a difference in empathy between us #it frustrates me to no end how people erase the victims. you know they'd feel bad if it was their family.#im not saying you're a bad person for being fascinated I'm just saying stay aware of yourself and of the affected. please.
