#fave spotting#jemma redgrave#dream demon#kate stewart#new who#doctor who#1988#british cinema#horror film#well film debut i suppose i should say#strictly speaking Jemma had appeared in one episode of Tales of the Unexpected a few months before Dream Demon was released#but she probably filmed this first#if i have any rules for faves spotting (and I'm not sure i do) one is that i tend to avoid things where the actor is the lead; after all#it's not the same as spotting someone and going aha! there's so and so! not when the person is starring in the thing#but i made an exception... bc Jemma..#she's very young and very wonderful in this film#it is an occasionally graphic horror film and so approach with caution if that's not your thing#but gosh that top picture is p good isn't it#and if you ever wanted to see Jemma quite literally kick a man's head off then this is the movie for you
