ember, 2005
"Comrades, I'm very excited today, because the large-scale online survey sina.com that was done for us showed that our next generation is quite promising and our Party's cause will be carried on. In answering the question, "Will you shoot at women, children and prisoners of war," more than 80 per cent of the respondents answered in the affirmative, exceeding by far our expectations. Today I'd like to focus on why we asked sina.com to conduct this online survey among our people. My speech today is a sequel to my speech last time, during which I started with a discussion of the issue of the three islands [Taiwan, Diaoyu Islands and the Spratley Islands --- Ott] and mentioned that 20 years of the idyllic theme of 'peace and development' had come to an end, and concluded that modernization under the saber is the only option for China's next phase. I also mentioned we have a vital stake overseas. The central issue of this survey appears to be whether one should shoot at women, children and prisoners of war, but its real significance goes far beyond that. Ostensibly, our intention is mainly to figure out what the Chinese people's attitude towards war is: If these future soldiers do not hesitate to kill even noncombatants, they'll naturally be doubly ready and ruthless in killing combatants. Therefore, the responses to the survey questions may reflect the general attitude people have towards war..We wanted to know: If China's global development will necessitate massive deaths in enemy countries; will our people endorse that scenario? Will they be for or against it?
The fact is, our 'development' refers to the great revitalization of the Chinese nation, which, of course, is not limited to the land we have now but also includes the whole world. As everybody knows, according to the views propagated by the Western scholars, humanity as a whole originated from one single mother in Africa. Therefore no race can claim racial superiority. However, according to the research conducted by most Chinese scholars, the Chinese are different from other races on earth. We did not originate in Africa. Instead, we originated independently in the land of China. Therefore, we can rightfully assert that we are the product of cultural roots of more than a million years, civilization and progress of more than ten thousand years, an ancient nation of five thousand years, and a single Chinese entity of two thousand years. This is the Chinese nation that calls itself 'descendants of Yan and Huang.'
During our long history, our people have disseminated throughout the Americas and the regions along the Pacific Rim, and they became Indians in the Americas and the East Asian ethnic groups in the South Pacific. We all know that on account of our national superiority, during the thriving and prosperous Tang Dynasty our civilization was at the peak of the world. We were the centre of the world civilization, and no other civilization in the world was comparable to ours. Later on, because of our complacency, narrow-mindedness, and the self-enclosure of our own country, we were surpassed by Western civilization, and the centre of the world shifted to the West.
In reviewing history, one may ask: Will the centre of the world civilization shift back to China? Actually, Comrade Liu Huaqing made similar points in early 1980's Based on an historical analysis, he pointed out that the centre of world civilization is shifting. It shifted from the East to Western Europe and later to the United States; now it is shifting back to the East. Therefore, if we refer to the 19th Century as the British Century and the 20th century as the American Century, then the 21st Century will be the Chinese Century! (Wild applause fills the auditorium.)
Our Chinese people are wiser than the Germans because, fundamentally, our race is superior to theirs. As a result, we have a longer history, more people, and larger land area. On this basis, our ancestors left us with the two most essential heritages, which are atheism and great unity. It was Confucius, the founder of our Chinese culture, who gave us these heritages. These two heritages determined that we have a stronger ability to survive than the West. That is why the Chinese race has been able to prosper for so long. We are destined 'not to be buried by either heaven or earth' no matter how severe the natural, man-made, and national disasters. This is our advantage. Take response to war as an example. The reason that the United States remains today is that it has never seen war on its mainland. Once its enemies aim at the mainland, the enemies would have already reached Washington before its congress finishes debating and authorizes the president to declare war. But for us, we don't waste time on these trivial things. Maybe you have now come to understand why we recently decided to further promulgate atheism. If we let theology from the West into China and empty us from the inside, if we let all Chinese people listen to God and follow God, who will obediently listen to us and follow us? If the common people don't believe Comrade Hu Jintao is a qualified leader, begin to question his authority, and want to monitor him, if the religious followers in our society question why we are leading God in churches, can our Party continue to rule China??
The first pressing issue facing us is living space. This is the biggest focus of the revitalization of the Chinese race. In my last speech, I said that the fight over basic living resources (including land and ocean) is the source of the vast majority of wars in history. This may change in the information age, but not fundamentally. Our per capita resources are much less than those of Germany's back then. In addition, economic development in the last twenty-plus years had a negative impact, and climates are rapidly changing for the worse. Our resources are in very short supply. The environment is severely polluted, especially that of soil, water, and air. Not only our ability to sustain and develop our race, but even its survival is gravely threatened, to a degree much greater than faced Germany back then Anybody who has been to Western countries knows that their living space is much better than ours. They have forests alongside the highways, while we hardly have any trees by our streets. Their sky is often blue with white clouds, while our sky is covered with a layer of dark haze. Their tap water is clean enough for drinking, while even our ground water is so polluted that it can't be drunk without filtering. They have few people in the streets, and two or three people can occupy a small residential building; in contrast our streets are always crawling with people, and several people have to share one room.
Many years ago, there was a book titled Yellow Catastrophes. It said that, due to our following the American style of consumption, our limited resources would no longer support the population and society would collapse once our population reaches 1.3 billion. Now our population has already exceeded this limit, and we are now relying on imports to sustain our nation. It's not that we haven't paid attention to this issue. The Ministry of Land Resources is specialized in this issue. But we must understand that the term 'living space' (lebenstraum) is too closely related to Nazi Germany.
The reason we don't want to discuss this too openly is to avoid the West's association of us with Nazi Germany, which could in turn reinforce the view that China is a threat. Therefore, in our emphasis on He Xin's new theory, 'Human Rights are just living rights' we only talk about 'living' but not 'space' so as to avoid using the term 'living space.' From the perspective of history, the reason that China is faced with the issue of living space is because Western countries have developed ahead of Eastern countries. Western countries established colonies all around the world, therefore giving themselves an advantage on the issue of living space. To solve this problem, we must lead the Chinese people outside of China, so that they can develop outside of China.
Would the United States allow us to go out to gain new living space? First, if the United States is firm in blocking us, it is hard for us to do anything significant to Taiwan and some other countries! Second, even if we could snatch some land from Taiwan, Vietnam, India, or even Japan, how much more living space can we get? Very trivial! Only countries like the United States, Canada and Australia have the vast land to serve our need for mass colonization.
Therefore, solving the 'issue of America' is the key to solving all other issues. First, this makes it possible for us to have many people migrate there and even establish another Chinaunder the same leadership of the CCP. America was originally discovered by the ancestors of the yellow race, but Columbus gave credit to the White race. We the descendants of the Chinese nation are ENTITLED to the possession of the land! It is historical destiny that China and United States will come into unavoidable confrontation on a narrow path and fight. In the long run, the relationship of China and the United States is one of a life-and-death struggle. Of course, right now it is not the time to openly break up with them yet. Our reform and opening to the outside world still rely on their capital and technology. We still need America. Therefore, we must do everything we can to promote our relationship with America, learn from America in all aspects and use America as an example to reconstruct our country. Only by using special means to 'clean up' America will we be able to lead the Chinese people there. Only by using non-destructive weapons that can kill many people will we be able to reserve America for ourselves.
There has been rapid development of modern biological technology, and new bio weapons have been invented one after another. Of course we have not been idle; in the past years we have seized the opportunity to master weapons of this kind. We are capable of achieving our purpose of 'cleaning up' America all of a sudden. When Comrade Xiaoping was still with us, the Party Central Committee had the perspicacity to make the right decision not to develop aircraft carrier groups and focused instead on developing lethal weapons that can eliminate mass populations of the enemy country. Biological weapons are unprecedented in their ruthlessness, but if the Americans do not die then the Chinese have to die. If the Chinese people are strapped to the present land, a total societal collapse is bound to take place. According to the computations of the author of Yellow Peril, more than half of the Chinese will die, and that figure would be more than 800 million people! Just after the liberation, our yellow land supported nearly 500 million people, while today the official figure of the population is more than 1.3 billion. This yellow land has reached the limit of its capacity. One day, who know how soon it will come, the great collapse will occur any time and more than half of the population will have to go.
It is indeed brutal to kill one or two hundred million Americans. But that is the only path that will secure a Chinese century, a century in which the CCP leads the world. We, as revolutionary humanitarians, do not want deaths, But if history confronts us with a choice between deaths of Chinese and those of Americans, we'd have to pick the latter, as, for us, it is more important to safeguard the lives of the Chinese people and the life of our Party. The last problem I want to talk about is of firmly seizing the preparations for military battle. The central committee believes, as long as we resolve the United States problem at one blow, our domestic problems will all be readily solved. Therefore, our military battle preparation appears to aim at Taiwan, but in fact is aimed at the United States, and the preparation is far beyond the scope of attacking aircraft carriers or satellites. Marxism pointed out that violence is the midwife for the birth of the new society. Therefore war is the midwife for the birth of China's century.

Orion - Orione And The Glass Spaceship
Tumblr media
I was inside the most amazing structure I’d ever seen. It appeared to be completely glass. A non-reflective glass. I met a man who introduced himself to me. He seemed human in every way. Taller than I. White, gray hair. Normal clothes. Unpretentious even though I may have been standing next to da Vinci or Mozart in a 21st century human body, but I didn’t understand who he was until later.
When I met him, he told me he wanted to show me something. We were inside a transparent structure. For a split second, I wondered if I would fall to Earth, and as I had this thought, the man was aware of it. He gave me his arm, as a gentleman would, and I lightly held on to his arm as we began to walk. As if to reassure me and make sure I was not afraid, he said,
“Think of it as walking on a glass surface.”
Tumblr media
I looked down and I could see thousands of stars beneath my feet. I saw our two sets of feet walking on a non-reflective transparent surface. I was walking barefoot and he was wearing brown dress shoes. Space was all around us. Up, down, on either side and in front of us. I took a couple of steps forward with him and saw that it was safe. It seemed we were walking in space, but there was a solid surface beneath our feet. I looked up and in front of me – at an area that appeared to be a football field in length – and there was nothing but space. It was as if someone had placed a transparent floor in space for us to walk on, but as I looked ahead of me, I could just detect glass walls and seams between the floor and walls. As we walked, the man conversed with me. He told me a lot of things – so much information – but what I remember most is that this was his creation. He conceptualized this “glass spaceship” we were in. It was his creation.
When we reached the other end of the structure, I saw Earth ahead of me and slightly to my left. There was something in space off to the right of our planet that had an unusual structure. The man said this was his “vision and creation” as well. It wasn’t too far away from Earth, as far as space is concerned. He called it Orione. In English, it sounds like Areon.
As we looked out of the far side of the transparent structure, I focused back on Earth. I first saw the continent Africa and then I saw my own country, the United States. I’ve seen Australia, the Solomon Islands, and parts of southern Asia and Europe from space before, but never my own country. It was beautiful to see Earth from space again. I again looked to the right of Earth and this other object called Orione was clearly there.
The Earth seemed to be rotating faster than I imagined it could as I watched Africa and then North America move into view. As I looked at the U.S., there was technology being utilized because something zoomed in on the United States a couple of times bringing it closer into view. I saw red and blue lines that created a circular grid and then it zoomed in again. It was as if something were reading my mind and zooming in to the place I wanted to see. One more zoom and I could see the State I lived in; and there it was. There were no lines on the map or the Earth itself, but I knew exactly where to look. All the while, this man was talking to me in a calm voice, telling me all sorts of things about his work and his vision. His ideas, concepts and creations were magnificent.
Tumblr media
He spoke about the place to the right of Earth. Orione. It was an artificially created structure that is not too far from Earth. It is cloaked or exists just outside of our visual perception. It has approximately four protrusions and it glowed a soft white in space. It was a little fuzzy which indicated it was there, yet not quite there, as if there is a phase differential or phase shift to the structure. He was clearly an intellectual; advanced both mentally and spiritually. He seemed above “royalty” but I could not label him or put a title to him. He was simply too intelligent for any of that. I felt really safe with the man and now, after everything I saw, I feel it was a huge honor for me to have met him. I can only guess that he met with me because of my involvement with the Beings. If given the chance, I would have stayed there. To come back to Earth and be here – it’s like going back in time to the Stone Age, and having to be around people who have the intellect, violent behavior and awareness level of cavemen.
The Conversation
“Perhaps my coming back to Earth has proven to be a waste of time…
...These people will never be able to move forward because they don’t want the truth. They can barely read and educate themselves about anything other than facebook or twitter.”
“They are slaves to their own ignorance.”
“They don’t care about the other species on our planet.”
“They don’t care about their planet. Any species that does what they do to their own and to their planet does not belong in space.”
“There are humans in space – there are truly other humans who are much, much more advanced on every level – but they are not humans as we think we know them, right?”
“They were taken from Earth at birth and properly educated – their brains were ‘turned on’…”
“Perhaps they were born elsewhere and just look like us?”
“They are not of the same, limited soul capacity as most of the humans who reside on Earth.”
“I don’t belong here. Living here is like living in the past. I can’t imagine anything here will progress unless most humans on this planet are either genetically altered or replaced.”
“They continue to poison their planet, torture and mutilate the animals so they can consume them, but they throw more than half of those precious lives away in the trash. Then they throw their trash in the oceans – they don’t deserve to live on this beautiful planet.”
“Why don’t the ‘advanced’ Beings stop the suffering? Put an end to this?”
Orione…Orion
Since this amazing encounter with this man, I learned something else about his creation. In Italian, the word that sounds like the word I heard, was Areon. However, the same pronunciation of this word in Italian is Orione. The translation for Orione to English is Orion.
One of the many questions I have is: Could this man be one of the Beings associated with the Amicizia group? The Friendship Beings? If so, this would mean they never left and have continued to interact with people from Earth and the Friendship Program is continuing... and that, at least, is a hopeful sign.

Cosmos Q&A: Eye and AI on the sky
As Cosmos reported this week, new technology continues to change the already hi-tech world of space watching, with the likes of AI, deep learning and computational modelling complementing and expanding on the data that comes from telescopes and satellites.
We spoke with Alan Duffy, an astrophysicist at Australia’s Swinburne University of Technology, about what we know and what we want to know.
Space watching is changing. What, to you, are the most significant changes?
If astronomy in the 20th century was about opening up the full wavelength range of light to explore the heavens, the 21st century is about exploring the full spectrum of the sky as it changes in time. From the motion of stars over the course of years, our Moon or the planets wandering from our point of view over days, to events on our Sun or Jupiter’s atmosphere in minutes.
The sky looks very different if you look across different timespans. But now we can look even more quickly, revealing gigantic explosions occurring faster than the blink of the eye, and we have no idea what is causing that; who knows what remains to be found out there as we continue to explore evermore.
Does technology change the way astronomers and astrophysicists work and think?
I like to hope that it doesn’t change the way we think, that we are still following the same thoughtful and curiosity difference research style that we always have just at larger scales and with better equipment.
There’s no doubt that the technology is changing how we work, however. Our telescopes produce so many images, so much data, that often no human looks at any of it except for the tiny subset which our AI alerts us too. That’s a different way of operating and I sometimes get uncomfortable that we might be missing the surprises out there: that current AI techniques are not flexible enough to spot things, unlike humans who are fantastic at rapidly detecting something new and interesting.
What can we not yet do that you’d like to?
We actually can do, or soon will be able to do, almost everything I hope for. Typically, AI isn’t able to explain to humans why a certain source was selected over another: the reason for its decision if you will. New tools are helping us to even rectify that.
An artist’s impression of the SKA when completed. Credit: SKA Organisation
Probably the one thing we can’t do, and likely never will be able too, is store all the data from new mega-telescopes like the Square Kilometre Array. Essentially, it’s creating an internet’s worth of data every few days and there’s not enough hard discs to save it all. So we will use AI to sift through it as best we can and hope that we didn’t miss anything there before deleting it for good.
Will we ever know it all? What are the “known unknowns”?
Every time in history a scientist has said we are on the verge of wrapping up a field they have been embarrassed by a huge new discovery just a year or two later. That’s not the same as saying that it’s possible to know it all… eventually! And I think we have a reasonable chance of seeing enough galaxies, types of stars and other astrophysical objects to have the story of the large well understood.
Once you get to planets, the complexity becomes much greater. And throw in life and all bets are off. Paradoxically I suspect we will know all about the biggest parts of our cosmos than the smallest. In terms of known unknowns, well that’s the nature of dark energy, dark matter and, of course, the Big Bang itself. There’s no reason to suspect we will ever know what the start of time and space itself actually was. But I hope we will.
What have been the most significant recent discoveries?
Easily the most significant has been the detection of gravitational waves, opening up an entirely new way of exploring the Universe, by “hearing” the collision of black holes that then causes these ripples in spacetime. The ARC Centre of Excellence for Gravitational Wave Discovery (OzGrav), headquartered at Swinburne, is investigating further uses of the ripples to probe the very nature of the Universe itself.
Another huge discovery, but one that was tinged with sadness, was the weighing of the atoms in the vast reaches between galaxies. About a fifth of all the atoms lay there completely invisible until illuminated by impossibly powerful radio waves from exploding, well, somethings. We’re not sure what causes these Fast Radio Bursts, but the weighing of these atoms is now known as the Macquart Relation after the first author on the paper that revealed this, who suddenly and tragically died just weeks later. Who knows what more significant discoveries JP Macquart would have made in the coming years.
To the public, huge black holes and exploding stars get the pulse raising. What excites the professional?
Absolutely the same thing. But we also love the tiny details: the change of a signal from that exploding star that reveals the material it passes through (the Macquart Relation) or just seeing something completely new, for the very first time.
For me, there is simply no greater example of that the image of the supermassive black hole in the centre of the M87 galaxy. Taken by the Event Horizon Telescope, really a world-spanning collection of observatories all combined via supercomputers, this image is a shadow surrounded by a glowing circle of material. The darkness in the centre is the impossible photograph – a black hole, where all light has been pulled into that darkness and indeed causing the end of space and time itself in the singularity at its core.
Tumblr media

What’s the next big thing?
I’m biased, but I think it will be the discovery of the nature of dark matter. It’s a close race, however, with the discovery of the first Earth-like world around a Sun-like star, a twin of our own planet. Thanks to new telescopes like the James Webb Space Telescope, TESS and even backyard astronomers, it’s just a matter of time before we find that Earth 2.0 and then the fun will really begin to determine if it has surface water, oxygen/methane mix in its air and other key indicators for life as we know it. Much as I love dark matter, I have to admit, finding alien life would be officially the biggest thing imaginable.
Is the sky changing?
Every second of every minute of every day – but you have to look in the right way to see it. Or just be very lucky. From shooting stars to new satellite trains launched by SpaceX, there’s never been more going on overhead.
You can also be a part of new facilities like the Large Scale Synoptic Telescopes, now christened the Vera C Rubin Observatory after the great American astronomer. This new facility will take images of the entire night sky, in exquisite detail and sensitivity, every few days. It will show just how much the sky changes, and I think Vera would be proud to have her name attached to such a stunningly advanced and ambitious facility.
For National Science Week this year, you’re hosting a virtual tour of space. How on earth did you plan the itinerary?
Thanks to an Inspiring Australia grant, we were able to send thousands of VR headsets across Australia to allow people to explore the virtual Universe with OzGrav’s Science in VR app on their smartphones. Even if you didn’t get a free headset (and the lottery for that has now closed, sorry all!) you can head to www.scivr.com.au for details on how to use the app in non-VR mode on your smartphone.
Together with my Swinburne colleague and co-host Rebecca Allen we wanted to showcase the changing sky. SciVR now automatically downloads the very latest detections, meaning each time you open the app you will see a completely new set of exploding stars or colliding black holes. It makes it hard to plan for a talk when you don’t quite know what will have happened in the sky that week.

Simple NFL Techniques #112 - Favourites and Cold Temperature Situations
Chong Sa Ngam lies about 40 moments from Sisaket in Thailand and the trail is wholly made on both Thai and Cambodia sides. Chong Sa Ngam is the city on the Thai Area of the edge on the Cambodia side the edge is recognized as Along Veng. Once you have done Credit formalities it requires just about 1 and a 1/2 hours to attain Siem Reap or 120 Km!!
What does this all mean well truly if you should be traveling from towns in Isaan such as for example Ubon, Surin or Sisaket you would be considering just about a 3 time push to Siem Reap isn't that good! !.If you are via Pakse you are looking at a journey time around 6 hours. Well here is the course from Pakse for anyone enthusiastic about traveling overland.
Making Pakse at about 8am amateur sex video travel 44 Km to the Thai edge at Chong Mek this only takes about 40mins but probably 1 time to complete Credit formalities (Thai Visas are Released free and on arrival). Next travel via Det Udon to Chong Sa Ngam there's really no need to head to Ubon there's a sealed path that goes straight to the edge and it is only 200km and takes only below 3 hours including a bathroom stop or two.
So you need certainly to corner the edge into Cambodia again Visas are issued on birth but there's a charge of around $25 US. Once over the edge you can stop to see the cremation site of Pol Container just a couple metres out down a tiny path. In this way his last stand through the Khmer Rouge Reign. You are now in Along Veng and from here it is only another 1 and a 1/2 hours to Siem Reap or around 120km passing Banteay Srei brow along the way. That is a superb option to touring the course via Kampong Cham that'll take over 15 hours!
This is good information for tourists or trips who are seeking solutions to the journey from Pakse to Siem Reap. Or for people who want to incorporate a small of Isan in there visit program! Isan Northeastern Thailand is stunning and individuals are incredibly helpful and hospitable, eco-resorts like Kong Jiam are a perfect hideaway, and additionally there are some very nice temples to visit being an introduction to the Khmer Empire.
On another observe the particular course the Khmer Empire sailed from Wat Phu Champasak in Laos to Siem Reap in Cambodia is really only 240km and programs are underway to complete this path so in a few years the course from Pakse to Siem Reap may possibly just take about 3 hours view this room!!!
While many businesses use blend systems, often there might be a not enough knowledge about which blend systems might be greater suited to the appropriate task or application. Outside the marine area, ATL has experience in numerous industries with wide and diverse products. Wherever first primary analysis isn't correct, we call on the newest finite aspect techniques to achieve an entirely optimised structure.
With large assets available to writers, we should be the most literate journalists and writers in the universe. A couple of clicks and that political editorial, how-to report, that countless thesis on the endangered Iberian lynx could be done in relative sonic time in comparison to previous generations. But are we also hurried or also lazy to research the validity of our sources?
A Dose of Baking Soft drink Wikipedia could be and frequently is easily interfered with by anyone who decides to do so. Awarded, the search engines are a godsend; in seconds you're on Mars. But their accountability ends there. In the Internet earth of citizen author, it's the writer's obligation to be aim, to discriminate between the literate and the unqualified, as much as it behooves the reader to distinguish between the educated blogger and the uninformed blabbermouth.
Simultaneously, you can find the most common conventional media with their honest problems, faux pas and planned lies all clamoring to break the history first. Do I use these same clicks and recommendations? Sometimes. They are much too easy to ignore, however not without verification. If I desire to be taken really, I need certainly to forsake easy, take all information with a dose of salt bicarbonate, and examine before signing my name. If you had been writing a sci-fi history and you sent your character back in 660 BCE Japan, the common way to obtain the title of the emperor of the period should be to question dot net, perhaps Wikipedia or Britannica. But they will lead you right into a quagmire where history ends and mythology suggestions of an Empress who may possibly not have existed. Or did she?
Small Samurai When I was authoring old Japan, I hung on a weblog of small tigers. They realized every shogun family and Imperial era from today's to the mists of time. Anyone who assumed to learn what they were referring to but didn't, got mercilessly beheaded by these 21st century samurai. Accuracy and strength are very important if you ask me so my study involves hunting down experts. Sometimes I'm misled, but I really do try. Within his study, writer David Michener used his life time traveling to areas he wrote about; he needed to get it proper, and he did. It had been valuable that I'd existed in Japan. I'd discovered that concealed in a key position within the walls of the Imperial Palace, which alone is a key position, are historical historic records that no outsider has ever, nor ever will set eyes on. We can't all function as the regular visitor, but many good sources can be found to writers.
