Nothing like losing any shred of dignity you had left because you're screaming at an automatic robot voice on the phone who can't understand your policy number.

#god adulting is shit sometimes #i just want to transfer a pension policy #i'm going to cry because this stupid pension has £60 in it but the easier one to transfer into won't let me #it's a defined benefits pension and they don't transfer those #but the charge applied on the policy means it'll probably dwindle down to nothing by the time i do retire #i don't want to lose what little money is in there already #and now i have to do it all by post #pension #retirement
