Given the fact that the original plan for web of shadows was that Matau would be the one to betray the team, not Vakama, has that au been written because I would love to see that concept explored

#bionicle #lego bionicle #im sure it has because it's a gift wrapped au #but being small and new idek where to start looking #it's also a really interesting concept because it'd pit matau's flaws from the first movie #(mostly his vanity/hubris)#and he'd have to overcome them to find his way back to the team #and if you still want the Vakama angst you have the fact that his decision got them into this mess #and resulted in matau turning against them #esp if you pit matau's desire to return to normal vs vakama's focus on saving the matoran #anyway this is not an idea i plan on writing #(i say desperately while beating back this and other plot bunnies)#i just think it's neat
