I really do need people to greenlight behavior for me huh
#too nervous to actually discuss beliefs on main until someone else mentions how they like seeing it#can't back out of doing chores for other people until I'm explicitly told it's not my responsibility#having no sense of autonomy will do a LOT of a damage huh....#it's clear black and white thinking; good/bad correct/incorrect and it's like. they're behaviors that can't really be coded as such#but I'm still struggling to see them otherwise#i need to be given approval for my own autonomy i am NOT beating the reincarnation allegations today lads#i want to speak up! i am afraid of harassment! because my own family didn't care for my genuine self and it makes me#quite afraid to express even silly things but i don't want this to hold power over me anymore#hoatm rants
