ok so in the story description it's referenced that Ronan leaves the Erudon household as well as Kanavan, and based on Harpe's new dialogs, it could be interpreted that they ended up meeting where Ronan currently lives, and that's how we get these dialogs

this is just assumptions of mine bc I haven't seen the profile and story description of Harpe (T) so what I got is from the dialogs I was able to find, as well as some twts from kr fans and translations from jp fans
