Wait wait.... Slade Wilson is in the show... Slade Wilson, who debuted in the New Teen Titans comics, who is one of the main villains of that team, and he appears to be somewhere in his twenties/thirties. So does this mean.... sometime in the (possibly *very* distant) future we'll get a teen titans show? Like an honest to god teen titans show with actual plot and consistent characterization?? PLEASE DC I'M BEGGING YOU THE TITANS HAVE BEEN MILQUETOAST IN BOTH COMICS AND TV FOR ALMOST TWENTY YEARS

This isn’t about jjk or teen titans or Mha i just wanted to ask your opinion on this since your someone who seems to be an expert on dc
So I’m assuming you’re aware that James Gunn is taking over the dceu and will be directing a Superman film and I wanted to ask you if you think he’s right for this considering the style of his previous films
I think a lot of people don't realize that Superman can be incredibly silly. I blame the hyper serious Zack Schneider films for this.
There's a reason people famously say that Superman is week to magic, a lot of the old superman comics is him going on random wacky magical adventures. The new My Adventures with Superman cartoon is pretty true to this aspect of his character, it's more Superman and friends being dragged on larger than life adventures then just Superman being the hero who saves one city.
People get really fixated on the "World's Strongest Man" aspect of Superman's character and forget literally everything else. Including the fact that he's not even the strongest character. Superman's villains are always OP as he is, because they need to be a threat to Superman in some way.
One of the best parts of Superman as a character is he's really flexible, he can go into space, he can go on a magical adventure, he can fight crime in metropolis, a really bored interdimensional being can show up to annoy him. He's just a character you can throw into all kinds of situations. If you understand that aspect of his character you can tell a really good story.
