About Kiyoshi:

Name: Kiyoshi Okawa

Race: Demon (Upper moon)

Blood demon art: Weapon manifestation. He can grow weapons from his flesh, mainly his arms. The weapon he chooses is physically fused to his arm, as it is technically apart of him. The dark areas of the arms can absorb blood, so killing isn't really necessary for him to obtain blood; so if the weapon he is using makes a wound on one of his victims, it will automatically absorb it and deliver it to Kiyoshi, thus making him more powerful as he fights.

Personality: Kiyoshi is aloof, burnt out and doesn't really care for many things. He is also very forgetful and spaces out a lot. Besides that, he is very chill for a demon; if he isn't in search of someone to take blood from, he will probably have a nice conversation with you. He is very powerful but doesn't actually kill humans. He uses his demon art to absorb an extensive amount of blood from people. Though he doesn't usually mean to kill, his victims often die from blood loss after his attack. Don't be fooled by his willingness to let his victims live, because he is still open to the option of killing

Story: Kiyoshi was a servant for a powerful family. He was forced to work tieresly without pay, which influences his present exhausted and wary personality. He willingly became a demon to escape this life. His first victims was the family he served, and he killed all of them. He quickly rose up the ranks until he became an upper moon.
