V&A MISSION 008

SCHEDULE TYPE: TRIMESTER ( PART 1 OUT OF 2 ) SCHEDULE RESTRICTIONS: cannot be paired with another trimester schedule, unless stated otherwise. for reference as to whether your muse is eligible for this event, please click over HERE.

with both the current and new V&A members present, the managers, KYUHWAN and KYUWON give some time to introduce the newly appointed members ( CHOI JUNKYU, KANG MINJUN, KANG YOOJOON ) before starting their meeting.

OPEN EVENTS ( NEW MEMBERS )

starting DECEMBER, JUNKYU, MINJUN, and YOOJOON will be added to the V&A instagram for the monthly sns, can participate in the universe prompts ( listed every month on the monthly sns posts), and be eligible for OPEN EVENTS 006 ( FANSITES ) and 007 ( BIRTHDAY ). if you want to get a head start, you can send the main your e-mail account to be added to the V&A fansite blog. the rest of the information regarding those two events can be found in their respective posts.

GROUP POSITIONS

“while everyone has been busy, the coaches have been analyzing everyone’s performances over the past couple of weeks. the general consensus that we’ve gathered from them is that everyone will be spending more time practicing on the performance aspect. there are some members who are doing well so far, but there are others who… to put it nicely, have been focusing on other areas instead. for this comeback, we want to showcase more of everyone’s skills and improvements as performers so more of your free time will be spent in the practice rooms. by the end of the year, the coaches will reevaluate and analyze your skills and improvements. if there are very little or no improvements from each of you in the assigned skills, expect some consequences.” KYUHWAN ended his speech as he looked towards his brother, who began announcing the new group roles.

these are the list of skills that the coaches would like the V&A members to work on. do note that if the skills mentioned were the same as the last time feedback was given, it most likely means that the muse is on the right track but will still need to work at it to balance with V&A’s current skill sets. if it is listed that there is no feedback next to the name, they will still be encouraged to work on the performance related skills due to the comeback preparations and promotions. if the muse was asked to work on a specific language, it’s expected for them to reach at least 50 POINTS within the next few months.

additionally, for JUNKYU, MINJUN, YOOJOON, and since they were suggested by the coaches in the LGC FALL BOYS post to work on specific skills for that project ( it may or may not be the same as the ones mentioned here ), the year end evaluation will be a bit more lenient on them as long as points were put in the skills mentioned/writing requirements were completed.

ROOM ARRANGEMENTS

KYUWON began explaining the details about their new dorms, “one good news that we would like to share with you is that all of us will be moving to bigger dorms. V&A will be residing in the same building, just in different floors. each unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 kitchen. because there are 3 bedrooms, we’re going to make all of you pick spoons from this container and whoever gets the same letter will be rooming together. the exception to this is the third bedroom, which can only occupy one person at the moment so if you so happen to be the one that was picked for that, congratulations to you.”

V&A SONG STEALER UPDATE

“the episodes for this season are still airing, but from what we’ve been told, the show has garnered quite a bit of attention with the general public and fans. since the fans wanted to see another episode of this show, we will be putting it on pause due to comeback preparations and return back to it when the group has more time to film the next season.” KYUWON states as he turns to look at his brother.

“to thank the fans for being supportive of the group and show, LGC will be hosting a fansign event where all of the ones who have participated in the second season ( everyone minus the new members ) will be dressing up as their musical god counterpart. there will be a short group interview where the host will be asking you questions about your experience filming seasons 1 and 2 of ‘V&A’s song stealer’ followed by the fansign event where fans can interact with you and sign some of the V&A merchandise we have. the event will be happening on OCTOBER 19, so you could consider your outfits as an early celebration for halloween too.” KYUHWAN teases the members before laughing.

all of the V&A members except JUNKYU, YOOJOON, and MINJUN will be attending the fansign event.

DECEMBER COMEBACK

because of year end ceremonies, the promotions for this comeback will last until JANUARY 12. they will have a break from music shows between DECEMBER 16-JANUARY 2, before they continue on for a couple more days in JANUARY. during the first week of music show promotions ( DECEMBER 3-8 ), they will be performing “JACKPOT” ( V&A ), “LOVERS OR ENEMIES” ( VERSUS ), and “BOOM BOOM BASS” ( AGITO ). the V&A members will be releasing music videos for “LOVERS OR ENEMIES” and “BOOM BOOM BASS” in JANUARY as a way to thank the fans. starting mid to late DECEMBER, V&A will then be preparing for future comebacks in Q1 and Q2 2025.

later in the term, there will be an update to this mission revealing the music chart results for this comeback, so please look forward to that!

MAMA AWARDS ( NEW MEMBERS DEBUT )

more information about the MAMA awards will be in the YEAR END EVENT post, but JUNKYU, MINJUN, and YOOJOON will be debuting during that event. JUNKYU and MINJUN will be debuting first on NOVEMBER 21 while YOOJOON will be debuting on NOVEMBER 23. congratulations to the three members for their debut!

during this time, JUNKYU and YOOJOON will be working on their special stage that will be a part of the MAMA awards performance. based on the responses from the previous TEAM UNKNOWN MISSION, JUNKYU will be performing his rendition of ‘REVEAL’ while YOOJOON will be performing his rendition of ‘TRAVELER’. each of their performances will be around a minute but since V&A is known more for their producing skills, JUNKYU and YOOJOON will be asked by their coaches to pitch in how they would like their performance to be. it’ll be similar to how it was in TEAM UNKNOWN MISSION 003 ( PART 2 ), where they can add their own creative twist to it using the skills that they have ( eg. changing the melody or genre, adding/excluding rap parts, etc ). the V&A managers will mention that if they need any help, they can ask the coaches for assistance.

V&A REACTS TO ( SEASON 3 )

for the third season of ‘V&A REACTS TO’, the cast will consist of HARU, MAXIMILIAN, JIHO, YUSHIN, and YEONWOO! they will be filming most of the episodes across the four months and will be watching the music videos a few days prior to the actual release. they will be filming their reactions to the following songs & music videos:

HARU & YEONWOO ( EPISODE 1 / AIRING - OCTOBER 21 ): reacting to “ootd” ( FABULA )

MAXIMILIAN, JIHO, YUSHIN ( EPISODE 2 / AIRING: NOVEMBER 15 ): reacting to “girls never die” ( NOVA )

ALL ( EPISODE 3 / AIRING: DECEMBER 9 ): reacting to “jackpot” ( V&A )

in terms of filming, they will be recording these videos whenever the pairing/group has some free time. during the reactions, they can give their thoughts regarding the song and music video ( eg. their interpretation of the music video/song’s message, arrangement, behind the scenes recording/filming [ for jackpot ], etc ). these videos will be condensed to around 15 minutes each.

1000 NOTORIETY REWARD ( JIHO )

starting OCTOBER it will be announced ic that JIHO has accepted a brand ambassadorship for VERSACE and his newly appointed title will be “versace prince”! there will be no requirements for this nor do you have to confirm the renewal, so it will be a permanent contract and will take up one of the modeling contract spots.

( note: since this is the first mission that announced the 1,000 notoriety reward, the points form for all of the 1,000 notoriety reward submits will be processed AFTER all of the career missions have been posted! )

STUDIO ROOMS UPDATE

near the end of DECEMBER, AKIO and SEOJIN will join many of the V&A members and have their own studio rooms to decorate to their own liking. for JUNKYU, YOOJOON, and MINJUN, they will be getting theirs sometime next year/2025.

BIRTHDAY LIVESTREAMS

during this term, there will be birthday livestreams for AKIO ( OCTOBER 21 ), JIHO ( OCTOBER 31 ), and SEOJIN ( DECEMBER 1 ). for AKIO and SEOJIN, they will be eligible to partake in the new OPEN EVENT 009 ( BIRTHDAY LIVESTREAM ), which will be posted later. as for JIHO, a variation of the open event has been completed last year so he cannot do the open event but can write about the birthday livestream if chosen to do so ( however it won’t count for points ).

with this term’s schedules, any gigs that JUNKYU, YOOJOON, and MINJUN have or will be participating in are added in here even though they will not be making their official debut as members of V&A until the MAMA awards. this also excludes majority of the year end ceremonies and award shows, since those will be added in the YEAR END post.

JACKPOT PREPARATIONS & PROMOTIONS: write a new 4 replies ( minimum 8 lines, 2 posts per mun ) thread with a V&A member related to the following: moving in to the new dorms, practicing/recording for the new songs, music show rehearsals, events that are happening between DECEMBER 1-21 ( excluding year end ceremonies, birthday livestreams, and v&a react to series ), etc. OR continue a past Q1-Q3 thread ( the thread must start sometime between JANUARY 8 – OCTOBER 5; must be with a V&A member ) with 4 new replies ( minimum 8 lines, 2 posts per mun ) for +6 POINTS TO DISTRIBUTE ANYWHERE and +6 NOTORIETY ! ** can be done up to two times for everyone except JUNKYU, MINJUN, and YOOJOON **

SPECIAL STAGE: write a 300+ words headcanon post talking about the details of your muse’s solo stage for the MAMA awards. the post must focus on how you would imagine the stage to look like ( eg. outfits, hairstyling, makeup, props [if any], lighting effects, etc. ) and any lyrical or musical arrangements done to the original song ( eg. excluding certain parts, changing the genre, etc. ) for +7 POINTS TO LYRIC COMPOSITION OR MUSIC COMPOSITION and +3 NOTORIETY ! * for JUNKYU and YOOJOON only *

V&A REACTS TO S3: write a thread with 2 posts per each mun ( minimum 8 lines for each post ) about the muses reacting to the music video. for this you have the option to do it separately ( so 4 replies in total for haru & yeonwoo/episode 1, 6 replies in total for maximilian, jiho, and yushin/episode 2 ) OR altogether ( 10 replies overall for episode 3 ). since this is a reaction series, the main focus will be on their thoughts regarding the music video so each post must have AT LEAST 50 WORDS OF DIALOGUE. completing this will earn you +6 POINTS TO DISTRIBUTE ANYWHERE and +4 NOTORIETY ! ** for HARU, MAXIMILIAN, JIHO, YUSHIN, and YEONWOO only **
