The last stretch of hellsing after anderson dies is fucking painfully boring. The twist with schrodinger is the only marginally interesting thing and it's drowned out by Walter being stupid for literally no reason and the Nazis jacking themselves off about how cool they while having negative charisma. like i know they were going for the evil genius thing and it just fails because they're a bunch of losers. HOWEVER the epilogue somehow manages to save it and I'm glad I didnt bail before seeing Gilftegra
#I 100% skipped through like half the last ep though#also i know i said the schrodinger thing was interesting but it also pissed me off#just bc the lame nazi who was a cyborg for no reason came up with it#literally if they just cut 2/3 of his diologue out the show would be sooooo much better and we'd lose absolutely nothing#also pip should have just been dead dead he's not cool enough to still have in Seras' head#tbh in general this show suffers from how much it jacks itself off#like i can appreciate narratives being self indulgent but hellsing ultimate is just annoying about it#i love GILF Integra though Im so happy we got so see that and gilf fucker alucard#the seras pantyshot was annoying#but im glad their polycule got back together with an even more fun dynamic and they get another few decades together#overall Integra and Alucard are the shining stars of the show#Seras is also very fun but i get annoyed at some of the fan service stuff and how much they make her rely on fucking pip
