#look the ring is expensive but i've paid the same amount for a pendant before#granted the pendant was real silver rather than aluminum but it wasn't over a hundred years old#and the vase is SO fucking cool. i've seen exorbitantly priced shell vases go from $250-$1000! only a few on the higher end but still#even the $250 is out of my price range. if it's over $85 before shipping i pass.#and this one was $40!! the shipping cost more which. ouch. hope i don't have to pay import fees on top of giving the british post way too#much money lmao. the vase was surely for postwar tourists bc of the blank crest for personal inscription BUT it's made from a genuine shell#and directly linked to armed conflict so it's trench art! civvie made stuff is still trench art. i also have my eyes on a couple more ones#that are $60-70 but with shipping & tax they'd both individually cost around $130. i am NOT spending $260 on vases and also would have no#idea what the fuck to do decor wise with three goddamn brass vases 💀 there's nowhere to put three of them without looking dumb as hell lol#len speaks
