Conor Daly to race Round 1 of Nitrocross, June 16th-17th 2023
Round 1 of the 2023-24 Nitrocross season will occur on June 16th-17th at MidAmerica Outdoors in Jay, Oklahoma. The all-new multi-surface track promises to be transformational. Purpose-built to Pastrana’s design from a virtually blank canvas, it has grown into a massive rollercoaster over the span of three months, encompassing all of his craziest ideas, including over 150-feet of overall elevation change, a huge banked hairpin turn – the biggest berm ever in rallycross – tight snaking corners and an over-under Joker lap split. Renowned track builder Nate Wessel anticipates that “This is going to blow people’s minds. There has never been anything designed or built like this on the planet for these types of cars.”

Boeing will stop manufacturing F/A-18 fighters by the end of 2025
Fernando Valduga By Fernando Valduga 02/23/23 - 18:46 in Military
Boeing, a U.S. aerospace giant, revealed that it expects to complete the production of new constructions of the F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter at the end of 2025, after the delivery of the U.S. Navy final fighters.
This will mark the end of a 40-year story for Boeing and the fourth-generation fighter.
Boeing noted that production can be extended until 2027 if the Super Hornet is selected by an international customer.
“We are planning our future, and the construction of fighter aircraft is in our DNA,” said Steve Nordlund, vice president of Boeing Air Dominance and leader of the St. Louis. "As we invest and develop the next era of capacity, we are applying the same innovation and experience that made F/A-18 a cargo donkey for the U.S. Navy and air forces around the world for almost 40 years."
With this production decision, Boeing hopes to redirect resources to future military aircraft programs. To support work on the next generation of manned and unmanned aircraft, Boeing plans to build three new facilities in St. Louis.
These facilities, as well as the new Advanced Composite Manufacturing Center in Arizona and the new MQ-25 production facility at MidAmerica St. Louis Airport, represent an investment of more than US$ 1 billion.
Boeing says it has invested $700 million in St.'s infrastructure upgrades. Louis during the last decade, allowing the introduction of new design and construction techniques, simplifying processes and improving initial quality.
The decision will also allow the company to increase the production of new critical defense programs, including increased production of the world's first all-digital training system, the T-7A Red Hawk, and the first autonomous refuelling aircraft deployed in the world's aircraft carriers, the MQ-25 Stingray. The production of new F-15EX Eagle IIs and 777X wing components will also continue.
Boeing added that it will continue to develop capabilities and upgrades for the global fleet F/A-18 Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler. Over the next decade, all Block II Super Hornets in Life Modification will receive the set of Block III features. Boeing will also continue to add electronic attack capability as part of Growler's ongoing modifications.
Since the F/A-18 debuted in 1983, Boeing has delivered more than 2,000 Hornets, Super Hornets and EA-18G Growlers to customers worldwide, including the U.S. Navy, Australia, Canada, Finland, Kuwait, Malaysia, Spain and Switzerland.

Strengthening Marriages through Marriage Counseling Experts
Love comes first, then marriage, and then...marriage counseling?
Not always, but 49% of married couples seek marriage therapy at some point during their marriage, according to a recent MidAmerica Nazarene University study.
"Couples therapy may benefit most couples," says Joel Block, PhD, author of The 15-Minute Relationship Fix." While couples work is important and can benefit any couple, those who are floundering are wise to consider remedy beforehand because it'll only worsen over time and most likely end poorly without intervention."
Understanding Marriage Counseling Peachtree City, GA
Marriage counseling Peachtree City, GA is collaborative counseling in which a couple seeks assistance, usually for relationship problems. It differs from other forms of treatment in that each session involves two married people.
According to Block, many therapists see marriage counseling as the most difficult treatment, particularly with angry and upset couples and use the therapy to prove their partner wrong. "They view the process as a court, and the therapist as a judge who will hopefully straighten out their partner," he adds, emphasizing that this is not the goal of marriage therapy.
Marriage counselors Peachtree City, GA are trained to address various issues couples may face. These may include communication problems, trust issues, infidelity, fiscal conflicts, parenthood dissensions, and closeness enterprises. The counselor's part is to grease productive exchanges, identify underpinning problems, and companion couples in developing effective strategies for resolving conflicts.
The Role of Marriage Counselors Peachtree City GA
Marriage counseling often involves couples participating in collaborative treatment sessions. Counselors assist couples in identifying the roots of their difficulties and attempting to address them.
Couples may use this to examine their relationship's positive and negative aspects. It may be difficult to discuss your concerns with a marital counselor. Some sessions may be spent in solitude, while others may be spent yelling and disputing. You may notice an improvement in your connection after a few sessions.
Conversely, many couples refuse to recognise that their marriage requires assistance and instead make harsh accusations about the counselor. Marriage counseling, on the other hand, may help couples confront and overcome issues that they may not realize are at the root of their troubles.
Common problems behind closed doors
While every relationship is unique, there are certain typical communication issues in marriage.
1. Talking and yelling 'at' them
When you speak "at" someone, it usually signifies you want to be heard. Talking "with" someone, on the other hand, implies that you are attempting to comprehend each other.
Yelling can exacerbate the situation. When you are screamed at, you engage in the fight, flight or freeze response, which fills your body with stress chemicals. When this happens, all non-essential systems, such as complicated problem-solving skills, shut down.
2. Letting resentment and bitterness take root
Being spiteful towards your spouse is like carrying a big suitcase: you may do it for 5 minutes or even an hour without impact. However, the baggage weighs you down and makes it difficult to get anything else done in the long run.
Conclusion
Marriage counseling is essential for assisting couples in overcoming obstacles and strengthening their relationships. Teams in Peachtree City, GA, may discover skilled and experienced marital counselors who can help them address their issues, enhance communication, settle disputes, and create a stronger emotional connection. Marriage counseling allows couples to strengthen their foundation, increase overall happiness, and start on a more satisfying marriage path together.

Boeing has an international customer to keep the production of the F/A-18 Super Hornets alive
Fernando Valduga By Fernando Valduga 02/27/23 - 13:00 in Military
Boeing plans to extend the production of the F/A-18 fighter until 2027 if the Super Hornet is selected by an international customer. Otherwise, the production of the jet used in the film "Top Gun: Maverick" ends in 2025.
America's leading aircraft manufacturer expects to complete production of the new F/A-18 Super Hornet in late 2025, after the delivery of the U.S. Navy final fighters, Boeing said in a statement on February 24.
To try to keep production open for longer, Boeing is competing with Dassault's Rafale Marine to provide the F/A-18 Super Hornet version for the Indian Navy to use in its new aircraft carrier. Although no selection has been made, more recent reports say that Rafale Marine is preferred due to its resemblance to Rafale sold to the Indian Air Force.
The US is developing its Next Generation Air Dominance Fighter (NGAD) and Boeing may play a role in this venture. “We are planning our future and building fighter aircraft is in our DNA,” said Steve Nordlund, vice president of Boeing Air Dominance.
To support work on the next generation of manned and unmanned aircraft, Boeing plans to build three new state-of-the-art facilities in St. Louis. These facilities, as well as the new Advanced Composite Manufacturing Center in Arizona and the new MQ-25 production facility at MidAmerica St. Louis Airport, represent an investment of more than US$ 1 billion.
Boeing St. Louis will increase the production of the world's first fully digital training system, the T-7A Red Hawk, and the world's first autonomous refuelling aircraft deployed in aircraft carriers, the MQ-25 Stingray, along with the continuous production of the new F-15EX Eagle IIs and 777X wing components.
In addition, Boeing will continue to develop advanced features and updates for the global fleet F/A-18 Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler. Over the next decade, all Block II Super Hornets in Life Modification will receive the set of Block III features. Boeing will also continue to add advanced electronic attack features as part of Growler's ongoing modifications.
