Seungcheol - Chef's Knife

One of the kitchen staples. Integral part of the kitchen. Can be used in cooking... or protecting oneself.

Jeonghan - Vegetable Spiralizer

Gaslights veggies into thinking they're noodles. That's it. That's the plot.

Jisoo - Cookie Cutters

This is a very biased opinion. Like Jisoo feels like that cool older brother that isnt too strict (see Hybe Games). Like cookie cutters are fun shapes and have different sizes. 10/10 would let your toddler use them. In conclusion, Jisoo is a cute enabler and idk he gives off cute spring cookies cookie cutter vibes. Leave me beeee

Junhui - Oven Mittens

Most of the time, it's overlooked - especially when you dont bake a lot. But a life saver when you need them the most. Idk. Like. Jun's magnetism doesnt translate that well on camera. But when I went to their concert... my whole bias list was rearranged 😭

Soonyoung - Citrus Squeezer/Juicer

You know a citrus juicer/squeezer when you see one. It has a very distinct look and design. Very similar to Soonyoung's Horanghae autotune and hand gesture. Both have a clear brand message.

Wonwoo - Pressure Cooker/Instapot

Versatile. You can do a lot of dishes with it. Handle with care and be careful of the pressure. If not. BOOM! Explosion✨️✨️✨️ Inspired by Wonu's cute and angry outbursts.

Jihoon - The Whole Motherfucking Range/Oven

I dont have to expound on this. Jihoon is a versatile king. He dives into different genres. Mans can sing, dance, make bomb ass songs. He's cute one second hot the next. Like. HE HAS RANGE. Hence, he gets the range.

Minghao - Grater

Because Hao is very clear about boundaries. Just like graters. You gotta know when to stop or else you're gonna grate your fingers. 💀

Mingyu - Thicqué Cast Iron Pan

Sturdy, timeless, all purpose. Can take a lot of beating. Like pls. You can fry in it. You can bake with it. But most importantly, you can smack bitches with it.

Seokmin - Old fashioned whistling kettle

Because Seokmin's lung capacity is superior. Like an old kettle. It'll continue to sing until you take it out from the fire.

Seungkwan - Coffee Press

This is solely because of Seungkwan's love for coffee.

Hansol - Meat Thermometer

He's just in his own world. Like. If anyone else has mastered the art of inner peace, I feel like it'll be Hansol along with Minghao. You can put a thermometer in the oven in hundreds of degrees and it'll still be fine.

Chan - Soup Pot/Stock Pot

When you make stock/soup, you extract flavor from ingredients. I think Chan is the same with his older members. Like he is geniuinely still Chan, but you can see some of the older members' unique quirks in him.

coquette mingyu (credit twitter) is on another level and this very southern-italy-white-tank-top just altered my brain chemistry back in november (?) i think.

however, these are some things i've done today:

woke up very late cause last night I had a scary nightmare and I stayed up all night long 자고 싶어!!!😭

skincare routine🧚‍♀️

cleaned my room and the bathroom🧹

made a list of things I want to do during winter break (i wrote this in my korean journal)💌

read a short story in korean and studied some grammar points watching ggomi's school videos on yt🇰🇷

reviewed some japanese vocab and made some sentences with new words🇯🇵

practiced a bit of chinese pronounciation🇨🇳

copied the program of my next exam in january (forensic medicine, I think it'll be really interesting even if there are lots of laws to learn)💉📚

stayed with some family friends who visited for christmas🌲

went to the movies with my family 🍿

i was supposed to meet my friends tonight but they had to study for an upcoming exam so we postponed 😔

the things I want to improve are related to my body (i want to find a good program to get in shape) and also to my spirituality (i think I want to reflect more on my relationship with this part of me especially in this christmas period)

Seventeen as Monster Hunters

Hi, so the groupchat was abuzzing once more. We recently learned that Henry Cavill aint gonna be Geralt anymore. So like... one thing led to another, so then the topic became... what if SVT were in Witcher/fantasy world? Like what would their characters/roles be? So yup here's that list.

Tanks

Seungcheol - mans strong as fuck. Would be a great tank fr fr. I was thinking he could be a Witcher but like... he's got a temper and Witchers are supposed to be like 😐. Is in a party with Jisoo and Jeonghan.

Mingyu - He's the designated tank because he's a tall, broad bish. Would 100% be mumbling curses under his breath because for some reason, he has a natural affinity with pulling aggro from monsters. Is 1/3 of BSS' bodyguards along with Wonwoo and Hao.

Mages

Jeonghan - Dark Mage. The Yin to Jisoo's Yang. Like. He's the attack mage... if that's a term. Like when Cheol needs a long range damage dealer... it's either he's summoning undead archers or he's making hellfire balls.

Jisoo - Priest. Like. Church boii Shua come on!!! Gives Cheol health and blessings buffs. Due to Hannie's power source being of the darker kind, Jisoo cannot give him buffs or blessings. Buuttt mans has all the potions in his robes. He is their designated medic.

Jihoon - Archmage typa beat. Like. He aint a royal mage yet. He is one of the candidates to he a royal mage thoo??? Like THE youngest Archmage of the continent. Likes to be holed up in his mage tower, doing experiments. Surprisingly gets along well with errbody. No one wants to cross Jihoon. Is low maintenance compared to other Archmages, so he only has one assistant.

Mage in Training

Hansol - Jihoon's assistant. Isnt technically a full fledge mage yet. Loves music, so one of his projects is to create a portable, in-ear gramophone (this is supposed to be like medieval-ey era. So bear with me brain). Most of the time, he runs errands for Jihoon. Like filing books in order, getting more magick books outside. Cooks food (or he tries, most of time, Jihoon summons food to eat). Isnt too loud and only requires music when working, that's why Jihoonie picked him to be his assistant.

Bards

BooSeokSoon - The (in)Famous Bard Trio. Everyone and their mothers know them. Touring your local taverns now! For court inquiries (royal or... not), please send a crow letter to Seungkwan.

Soonyoung - 1/3 of BooSeokSoon. Loves tigers. Wanna be a tiger. Jihoon's close friend. Jihoon definitely transformed him into a tiger cub for ✨️experience✨️. No, definitely not because he was being an obnoxiously loud drunk in the Archmage's tower.

Seokmin - 2/3 of BooSeokSoon. Mingyu's and Hao's best bud. Hired his friends as bodyguards from the goodness of his heart 💗. Like Mingyu, has an affinity pulling aggro from monsters even when he's just literally 🧍🏻‍♂️. This was discovered when BSS gad their first tavern tour (sans bodyguards). Also pulls aggro from his fangirls' partners.

Seungkwan - 3/3 of BooSeokSoon. Acts as BSS' manager because he's great at negotiating. BSS' designated sober person. He and Mingyu (albeit hammered and bumps into all the walls) drag the others to their beds after performances and everyone and their mommas are wasted. 100% saved Seokmin from beheadings by negotiating (too many times to count) because they sing THAT well and the royal consorts swoon all the fucking time.

Short Range Damage Dealers

Wonwoo - 3/3 BSS' bodyguard squad. He may not be able to weild a knife in the kitchen but he sure as hell know how to stab a bitch 100 ways to the River Styx. Due to BSS' frequent visits to Archmage Lee's tower, Wonwoo has read many magick texts. Is somewhat proficient in dark magick. 100% raps incantations so he remembers them better. Also 100% raps incantations in battle because at this point it's muscle memory.

Minghao - 2/3 BSS' bodyguard squad. Is technically a healer, but he does not hesitate to cut a bitch (unlike Gyu or Seokmin 🙄). Always has bandages, potions, and antidotes with him. Taught BSS some self defense stuff because Hao learned martial arts first before he hecame interested in the art of healing 🍃. Hao's #1 headache = Mingyu because he's the tank overall clumsy. Hao's #2 headache = Soonyoung. Mans just brings back critters and insects and tiny animals and- AH FUCK he got bit again. So yes. Lots of mystery antidotes to make 🤠

Knight in Training

Chan - The Empire's Rising Star fr fr like. Chan is an all rounder. We know thisss... so of course Mr. Overachiever knows a lil bit of everything. Occasionally visits Jihoon in his mage tower. Hunts monsters as a past time and that's how he got into a party with 95 line 💀.

Witcher

Junhui - this is solely because of his fucking Limbo era hair. Like. Pls. I think Jun would survive the Witcher Trials with like... the strength of his mind and luck. Idk sometimes he be in a diff dimension. Jun is the proof that Witchers have emotions fr fr.
