i’m so intrigued by the idea of nickistat during the french revolution and the way they may tackle it in the show
#iwtv#lestat de lioncourt#nicolas de lenfent#nickistat#mostly because i can't imagine lestat staying on the sidelines during that#especially his early tvl self#the /i beieve in goodness above everything/ self#the /i hate the lifestyle of my aristocratic family because they are content with rotting away instead of changing for better/ self#the /imagine the beauty of secular world where no one is burned on stake/ self#and it would add another interesting layer to the story because then the death of lestat's mortal family#(including his baby nieces and nephews)#would be indirect consequence of his actions#and thematically it's so in line with book!lestat tragedy of wanting to do good and failing miserably#and nicki..... what would nicki who doesn't believe in anything do??#so many interesting possibilities
