btw I can do 109kg on seated leg presses :)
#my thighs r as hard as rocks when I flex them#also also my right bicep is a cute and noticeable bump#triceps are noticeable too#my calves r also super firm and visible when I flex them#I wish my chest was more noticeable but alas... can't give up tho!#my back muscles aren't very visible but that's okay I still have very young firm skin in the back so u can't notice anyway#hopefully will see some abs as well soon
