ok his name is aleksander hightower. he's alicent's very younger cousin. he's about 3 or 4 years older than maegara, his face claim for me is brenton thwaites (specifically his role as dick grayson) bc it my brain rot. but he's extremely close with his princess. they usually go everywhere together. alicent and otto approve very much and push for the idea of a marriage between them but daemon literally has to be persuaded out of manslaughter.

viserys is just casually ignoring it because he has blinders in while aemond, aegon and jace are actively trying to sabotage it but it just makes everything so much worse for them.
