i thought id just pass out and sleep a lot after thesis but i keep having insomnia/wake up early :(
#elia txts#no im never taking sleepy meds again. we are fixing this body the old-fashioned way i just don't know how#ik it's probably just gonna take time for stress levels to chill out again but h.#might start going 2 bed early with my bf for a while.. hate losing nights but then i won't wake up when he leaves#/ even if sunrise or outside day noise wakes me up ill have had enough sleep#n once my body remembers how to sleep my cycles gonna naturally move to night again anyways
