would you rather..confront someone or be confronted?

HMMMM i would say be confronted because I do a lot of confrontation and have never been shy about it. but BEING confronted means that there's something that has been eating away at someone else and that I didn't know about it. the surprise of learning about someone feeling strongly bc of something i did is so interesting and mortifying at the same time and i love it. i wish people would be honest more often. i wish they would be honest with themselves more often. i wish it were easier to be honest and confront yourself.
