I think it might be dumle, do they have sticks version? Also idk did you ever try Swiss chocolate but hands down it's also one of the best things ever and the fact that I don't have access to Cailler on the regular is a crime. And Kinder and Milka fucking slap but I think that's understood (even though some of their things are sooo pricey).

As for my tooth, considering it fully broke idk how I'll go about fixing it. And since our health system is... what it is, and I hate dentists with burning passion, we'll see what happens. It's just very unfortunate situation.

And I can't help but to join a/b/o conversation because it's one of my favourite tropes ever. I totally get what you mean with your comment on omegaverse and ngl I blame straight people getting into it and writing it because omegaverse is so inherently queer (and I will preach about it until the end of time) and so many newer omegaverse fanfics nowdays just don't have the spirit of what it should be.

And I do love unconditional omegaverse so much 🫶🏻 especially two alphas. And I love when there is extra layer of trans experience by making characters feel uncomfortable with their presentation and they look for ways to change it. Bitching and studding fanfics are so good actually- (aka alpha becoming omega and omega becoming alpha). Straight up, one of my favourite omegaverse fanfics is ship with these two alphas and one of them always hated it and he ends up confessing it to the other one and other one helps him change and then helps him through his first heat <3

Sugar please make sure that it doesn’t get infected and that it doesn’t spread to the rest of your tooth flesh! I think chipped tooth aren’t the entire world my friend got it fixed for aesthetic reasons but just focus on keeping the place sterilized and be careful when you eat! I know there’s also a toothpaste that works wonders for infections idk which one but my dentist had told me to get it it’s like a purple paste?😭

I def believe straight ppl have a part of it but I also feel like we as a community have become so rigid with things like for example omegaverse isnt a real thing yet ppl will be up in ears telling you how two alphas cant be together this doesn’t just apply to omegaverse but the other day I saw a whole debate on how you aren’t a real top if you like getting head like what the hell is going on😭

I always found abo stuff a bit eehhh so I always avoid fanwork with that (I'm surprised to see how popular it is in the yoi fandom tho). And abt the gay angst, I haven't actually came across that in fanfiction that much - but the ones I read are usually written by queer ppl who base it on their own experiences, but I totally get why it's a sensitive topic and why ppl don't wanna read stuff like that! 1/5

however this happens in movies waaay too much, like.. the bury your gays trope is sth I avoid usually bc I had enough of those, I can bear the struggling bc I’ve been there too (only if they get a happy ending tho), and I was actually one of those ‘gay with an exception’ at first and it took me a while to realize and then accept that I’m bi - but I don’t think many fics get past the first stage huh? (and I didn’t even know there’re fanworks involving HIV at the first place omg..) 2/5

I can’t say much about the sex stuff as I’m feminine nb and ace, and I don’t think that ppl should ever learn from fanfiction abt stuff like this haha, but still I can understand it’s frustrating. And I think this problem is somewhat universal? my best friend is a lesbian and she used to read fic with wlw sex but she said it was portrayed terribly. I dunno about trans stuff, and I think we all know how harmful hetero sex in fiction (mostly porn though) can be.. 3/5             

All in all even if ppl like/enjoy these in fiction, they should def be aware why is it wrong (in a way that it’s not the same irl, shouldn’t be the same irl, etc), fiction exist for a reason after all but we should know of the inaccurate stuff and why we shouldn’t apply to it to real life I think? anyways this is long and I’m sorry otl, I’m very thankful for your answer and I believe it is useful!! 5/5

yeah, Gay Angst™ written by people who’ve experienced it is okay in my view, what mostly bothers me when straight people write it badly and overdramatize it (which i see a bunch, unfortunately). I try to avoid it myself, but that’s a personal thing more than anything

the “straight with an exception” thing I was referring to is more me just being bothered with the way people write it, really, idk how to phrase what bothers me about it super well, and it certainly does happen, but idk, maybe the heteronormativity of it grates on me a bit. i’m kinda sensitive, haha

yeah, people def shouldn’t learn about sex from fanfiction but i think the unfortunate reality is that some people will do exactly that. what I find in particular is that people will read smut fanfiction and then emulate that when they write smut, so all the bad tropes, etc, are virulently self-propagating because people who read that stuff will emulate it in their writing, so the amount of that shit will grow exponentially, yikes

I can’t speak for wlw issues in fic, obv, but I’m 100% sure that there’s a lot of nasty stuff there as well, unfortunately. speaking of trans issues: @heterophobeviktor, a trans person, wrote a fantastic addendum about trans issues from their perspective. I highly recommend reading it! (to heterophobeviktor: I hope that it’s okay for me to link to your post, here, lmk if it isn’t!)

and yeah, people should definitely be more aware. to be completely honest I’d rather people not write harmful tropes, but realistically speaking, that’s not gonna happen, so I just keep my non-confrontational ass out of things and let it slide, for the most part

except for the occasional long rambly rant post, I guess, haha.
