Spent the last four days returning to pescatarian OMAD for the workweek and monitoring my weight. I’m slowly tapering back down to my pre-Triduum Fast weight (I was knocking around 54~55kg).

OMAD during the workweek has been fine — in general I feel satiated and calm. However, work culture-wise, it’s very awkward. 😕 People usually make a comment about how I’m not eating at the typically noonish lunch time — although, since I tend to come in super duper early, I typically say I took my lunch break earlier. They’ll assume that includes eating and they’ll continue on their day.

The next few weeks have events that include luncheons and general celebratory foods. I’m hoping most people won’t be surprised that I’m going to do a HARD PASS on all the foods as part of my gluten-avoidance practice. 🙃 I’m already identified as the gal who can’t-eat-anything-don’t-even-bother-asking. 🥲

Thursday is the start of my offworkdays, on which I’ve decided to be dedicated to BEEF. So much MEAT. 🥩🤤

Today I’m going out of town for the holiday. I'll have reliable internet access but I dunno how much time there’ll be for Tumblr scrolling and posting, or on what schedule. For instance, usually on workday mornings I don’t post after 9:30 and on offworkday mornings I don’t post before 9:30; but today I got up at seven (mostly for packing related activities) and won't be leaving for the airport till about noon.

At minimum, between now and Monday or Tuesday, there'll be the usual daily new cartoon link post at 9:30 am US Central. In the Three Faces buffer there’s more’n enough cartoons for the time I’ll be gone so, even if I don’t draw the whole time, there’ll be no skipped days.

If you miss me, I might be more likely to be posting on Twitter at @heroof3faces cuz I can do that from my phone.

I’m back from my trip* so here’s the (permanent) return of the bedtime rerun cartoon (link). But I’m off work tomorrow for decompression so I’ll be scrolling/posting on offworkday schedule. The stylus for the new tablet came while I was away so there may be even posts at linearttime again after I-don’t-remember-how-long.

* I like to say that I have a milk habit that must be paid for to be believed, and now my stepdaughter and her husband know the pain
