The last time my best friend and I were hanging out (back in March), we watched my eternal SW favorite, The Empire Strikes Back, so this time we followed it up with Return of the Jedi, which we both love very much.

We just finished and as ever, I feel perfectly happy-sad.

#we had running commentary that was a mix of 'you know given that ewoks definitely eat people...' and 'my god i love that cut'#or 'hey han! has character growth!' or 'yeah so no' at obi-wan lol #luke: you can profit by this or be destroyed #me (*vader voice*): don't make me destroy you #bff: honestly his smile there is pretty unsettling #but we probably had more commentary about luke's (*cough*literally) killer outfit than any other single thing :D #we were dead silent as anakin died and through the pyre scene though :'(#anghraine babbles #star wars
