it is absolutely nuts how dramatically my hair chemistry has changed in the last 16 months. used to be that I could hardly use any product at all without weighing it down— now pretty much everything I use on it I get from Black haircare brands (the heavier/more moisturizing end of the lines to boot) and it's wonderfully soft without being greasy/sticky + the pattern is much more regular

#notebook #seriously Black haircare is elite— idk how much it's because curly textures are more similar to each other than they are to straight ones #regardless of ethnicity #or if it's just that Black haircare is strictly superior even for people without textured hair #either way: never going back
