all i really have left to say about that episode is that none of the bells hells are responsible for ashton projecting onto them. that is not their fault.
ashton being lonely so telling laudna she doesn't know what true loneliness is. ashton having fearne lie to their friends and then ask her to carry the weight of His actions on her shoulders knowing that the team had the right to know if he was going to possibly blow them all up. being self destructive doesn't allow you to nearly kill everyone around you, and i don't understand really why people are saying this was a mistake. it wasn't really. ashton chose this, knowing what would likely happen. ashton asked fearne and fcg to stay and heal him round after round, knowing they may possibly die doing so. they planned this out. it was just a stupid plan.
and for the record, i'm not mad that ashton chose to use the shard. fearne didn't want it, and i'm glad she wasn't forced to absorb it, because that would have been way more upsetting. but, because ashton decided to lie to all of bells hells, to tell fearne only she could help him, assuming for some reason Only Fearne and no other bells hells member could potentially absorb the shard (?) he put so much weight on her shoulders. and a lot of it could have been so easily avoided if they had talked it out instead of just deciding that fearne was responsible for him and if things go wrong, it was her responsibility to save him. and when she was rightfully upset with him after, he just laughed, which shows that he doesn't really seem to feel bad about traumatizing her and the rest of the group because of a choice he decided not to tell anyone about.
