babe. I know we’re all going thru a lot rn but I just wanna give u the heads up that sesame streets future is in jeopardy. hbo has chosen not to renew it for new episodes (a series that has been going since 1969) and the residents of 123 Sesame Street no longer have a home :(

#wow can you imagine being known as the network that cancelled sesame street???#per the article sesame workshop is optimistic and they're not going anywhere #old episodes are still available for viewing on pbs #but geez #sesame street #also there's a line in the article--warner bros. discovery (the parent company of hbo's streaming service max)--that made me shake my head #remember when those were all separate companies??
